Overview:


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and collaborate closely with our Digital Marketing Manager.

As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting engaging email campaigns that resonate with our audience, reflect our brand identity, and drive desired actions.

You will work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content, set up email campaigns effectively, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo or similar, possess exceptional attention to detail, be able to work autonomously, and provide regular updates on progress and outcomes.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns in alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to understand campaign goals, target audience, and messaging requirements.

Creatively design and write compelling email content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audience.

Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing email templates, graphics, and other multimedia content.

Set up email campaigns using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, ensuring proper segmentation, personalization, and scheduling.

Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to optimize campaign performance.

Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and actionable recommendations.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all email communications.

Independently manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.


Communicate proactively with the Digital Marketing Manager and other team members, providing regular updates on project status, ideas, and outcomes.


Qualifications:
Mandarin speaking preferred, but not required

Proven experience (2-5 years) in email marketing, with a focus on strategy development, content creation, and campaign execution.

Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.

Strong copywriting and creative skills, with the ability to craft engaging content that drives action.

Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in all communications and deliverables.

Self-motivated and able to work independently to manage projects from concept to completion.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Prior experience working in e-commerce or retail industries is a plus.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 10-6pm, Commerce, CA

Pay and Benefits:
Starting Hourly Range $20 - $25 an hour
