Warehouse Operator

Dairy Foods:

This position is available at a Dairy Foods manufacturing facility for Land O'Lakes, where they create dairy products that represent real, simple goodness. As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial role in warehouse operations. Your responsibilities will include coordinating inbound and outbound deliveries, packing and loading products using a forklift, maintaining storage areas, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring a safe and clean workspace. This job involves manual selection of products from racks, palletizing, and delivering merchandise in a secure and efficient manner.

Location: Pine Island, MN

Hourly Wage: $24.30

Working Hours: 8AM - 4PM

Required Qualifications & Experiences:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum of 6 months of previous warehouse experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must hold a Class A Commercial Drivers License

Preferred Qualifications & Experiences:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Experience operating a forklift or willingness to undergo training for certification
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Capable of working in varying temperatures
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures
  • Self-sufficient and can work accurately with minimal supervision
  • Prioritize safety at work
  • Customer-oriented and collaborative team player
  • Flexible in tasks and schedules
  • Basic communication and mathematical skills
  • Provide progress updates to supervisors and production operators
  • Forklift Certification and/or experience driving a forklift
  • Experience with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets
