Success On The Spectrum is a nationwide Autism Treatment organization committed to excellence. We provide ABA, ST, OT, and Social Skills Classes in our unique locations, homes, and schools. Our play-centric approach focuses on NET and includes monthly field trips. We are seeking lively, enthusiastic Behavior Technicians interested in full-time positions. A genuine desire to support children in learning and having fun is essential.   • Most RBTs at Success On The Spectrum work full-time with guaranteed pay despite client cancellations. Working within the center involves rotating clients every 90 minutes.
  • SOS provides hands-on training for Behavior Technicians, enhancing their ABA expertise through weekly team sessions and quarterly in-service training days. We cover expenses for maintaining CPR and QBS Safety Care Certification.
  • Team members undergo performance evaluations every 6 months, with opportunities for advancement to higher levels or as a Trainer. Trainers have priority for promotion to Office Manager roles at new sites.

If you aim to progress in the ABA field, Success On The Spectrum offers support to become a BCBA. We have established partnerships with universities nationwide, granting SOS employees discounted tuition fees and free practicum supervision.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Center Hours: Monday - Friday 7:45 am- 4:45 pm, Saturday 9:00 am - 1:00 pm with rotational shifts at our Trenton, MI location.
  • Home Visits: Three times per week from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.
  • Tasks: Client material preparation, executing Individualized Treatment Plans under BCBA guidance, incorporating sensory activities, data recording, appointment conversions, note-taking, attendance at team meetings and training sessions, as well as cleaning responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred).
  • Clear background check.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Capability to lift at least 40 pounds, engage in physical activities, and sit on the floor.

Reporting Hierarchy:

  • Supervision Chain: CEO, Regional Director, Clinical Director, BCBA.
