We are seeking to hire a Tool Room Machinist for a direct hire position. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this role will be the inaugural member of our Machine Shop team.

The position operates on a first shift schedule from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm with the flexibility required for 5 to 10 hours of overtime.

This is a unique opportunity to set the stage in a new facility, as our operations from Montreal are transitioning to Lancaster.

Hard Skills
+ Operation of CNC Machines; Mills & Lathes+ Utilization of Design software; AutoCAD, CAM, Mastercam, and/or Solidworks+ CNC machine language edits, program edits, setups, offset adjustments, tooling changes, and interpretation of diverse prints, drawings, and layouts.Job Type

Our state-of-the-art facilities in Lancaster, Ohio, include brand new machines and tools, preparing us for an increase in business demands.
