Minimum Qualifications
- Call center experience
- Strong written and verbal communication and ability to convey information in a clear and concise manner
- Basic knowledge of medical billing/ reimbursement requirements and procedures with ability to analyze and interpret various types of explanation of benefits and remittance advise
- General knowledge of Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) and International Classification of Disease (ICD9) policies related to medical billing
- High school diploma or GED
