Job Title: Treasury Analyst at Mission Lane

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Finance Team in an innovative, proactive, and collaborative role as a Treasury Analyst. You'd play a key role in a company that is on track to become a household name in financial services for the half of Americans who lack access to traditional banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, automate, and back new product reconciliations
• Manage daily and monthly reconciliations across multiple cash accounts
• Assist with periodic close processes for Treasury and Accounting
• Handle daily cash journal entries in the accounting system
• Balance and reconcile chargebacks and payment suspense accounts
• Automate manual transactions daily
• Resolve discrepancies and collaborate with business partners
• Compile and arrange data from various sources for reports and cash management
• Support ad hoc reporting projects and requests from the Treasury Head and Controller

To drive our mission of financial inclusion, you bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
• Familiarity with TSYS or similar servicing platform
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking ability
• Capability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines
• Proactive nature, adaptability, and readiness for a fast-paced setting
• Self-motivated with excellent analytical and organizational skills
• Great team player with effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
• Preferred experience with accounting systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks

Compensation:

Target base salary: $80 - $105,000 annually. Additional compensation through our annual incentive program and equity, dependent on your role and qualifications. Comprehensive benefits package includes unlimited PTO, 401(k) match, wellness stipend, and various insurance options.
