Solution Architect for Dynamics CRM
#
Type: 18 month contract
Location: 100% remote
Compensation: $71-90/hr w2
We are seeking a skilled and experiencedDynamics CRM Solution Architectwith expertise inDynamics CRM on-premiseswith skills in thecloud version (D365 CE) and Power Platform.
For Dynamics CRM, there should be a strong focus onperformance tuning, customization, and code review.The ideal candidate will play a key role indesign, development and optimization of Dynamics CRM deploymentsand assist inmigration and modernization to Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online (D365 CE).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Dynamics CRM on-premises deployment and administration.
  • Need a strong understanding of business application performance tuning which includes an understanding of SQL, IIS (Internet Information Services), Networking, and client-side troubleshooting.
  • Additional knowledge ofDynamics 365 CE Online and Power Platformwill be an asset.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics CRM architecture and customization development will be required.
  • Delivering and/or authoring technical training.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication skills to interact with key stakeholders.
  • Advanced Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Previous Consulting and/or customer facing role experience.
  • Deep technical acumen combined with a curiosity to continue learning.
  • Excitement for modern engineering tools and practices.

  • Updated feature knowledge in below areas
  • D365 modules like Customer service, Sales, Field Service etc. Minimum knowledge in one module is preferred.'

  • Power Platform admin center
  • Customization
  • Administration experienceData and solution migration from on-prem experience
Additional verbiage I was given that could be potentially used for qualifications/skillset (don't need to use):
  • Web Development (ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web Services, HTML5, Javascript, JQuery, KnockoutJS, SignalR)
  • Lead teams in performing configuration and customization of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including templates and best practicesAdd support for new versions of the platform
  • Establish and maintain project plans, and manage projects to plansBusiness Case development and ability to work with partners
  • Ensure projects adhere to internal development guidelines
  • Identify stakeholders and engage stakeholder ownership of projects
  • Build CRM forms, screens, and views workflows and reports for the user interface
  • Develop and deliver reports, briefs, presentations and project schedules to key project stakeholders
  • Lead a team during all the steps of the project, carry out the solution design of the system and supervise the assigned tasks
  • .NET Technologies (C#, .NET Framework 3.5 and followed, WCF, MSMQ, Windows Services)
  • SQL Server 2008 and followed, Reporting Services, SSIS
  • Talent for connecting with onshore and offshore teams to facilitate project work
  • Work closely with Business Service Managers, IT Business Service Analysts and business partners in managing day-to-day issues, identifying process improvement opportunities, and designing solutions to satisfy business needs
  • Advocate the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM to improve straight-through processes, controls, and reporting
  • Assist in the management of assigned projects assuring target dates are achieved and quality is maintained
  • Serve as a contributing member of a cross-functional, agile delivery team
  • Key technical resource for the customer
  • Focused on delivering proactive services such as education workshops, delivering assessments and providing expert guidance
  • Join a highly motivated team of leading industry expert
  • Preview new technology before others in the industry and learn how to make the best from it
  • Visit customers to train them and share industry and development expertise
