Your Role

Execute warehouse operations while upholding the integrity of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods, ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards.

Requirements (Education/Experience)

  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preference for at least 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Familiarity with the company's ERP system
  • Essential forklift experience
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, including clear handwriting
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
  • Capable of independent and team work
  • Quick thinking and adept at managing frequent changes
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and quality-focused
  • Flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as necessary

Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions)

  • Load outbound trailers efficiently
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of return ingredients both physically and systematically
  • Rapidly and efficiently identify pallet locations
  • Utilize the First Expired, First Out (FEFO) method to manage products
  • Accurately pick products from designated locations
  • Support production by fulfilling ingredient orders from production lines
  • Accurately and neatly complete assigned paperwork
  • Thoroughly fill out the "Product Bin Transfer Log" and submit to Data Entry
  • Precisely stock products into correct storage locations
  • Verify accurate product slotting per assignment
  • Accurately fulfill orders/transfers
  • Verify lot codes during inbound product receiving
  • Ensure presence and compliance of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for received products
  • Conduct cycle counts periodically
  • Effectively communicate information and issues across shifts
  • Safely and responsibly operate forklifts
  • Conduct daily pre and post-operation checks of assigned equipment
  • Contribute to general warehouse cleanliness
  • Support other warehouse departments as necessary
  • Adhere to all food safety protocols, training, policies, and procedures
  • Perform any additional job-related tasks as delegated
