Job Title: Print Shop / Mailroom Associate - Floater

Overview:
AmCom, A Xerox Company, a leading information services technology provider with more than 100 years of expertise, is currently looking for a Print Shop / Mailroom Associate - Floater. As part of this role, you will be supporting up to seven client Print Shop / Mailroom locations across Allegheny County, PA area, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Job Description & Requirements:
Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming print jobs to client specifications
• Perform pre-press and layout edits for optimal printing
• Prioritize production work to meet deadlines
• Coordinate with mail staff for outbound mailings
• Ensure exceptional customer service

Mailroom Responsibilities:

• Coordinate inbound pickups from various carriers
• Handle sorting and delivery of mail and parcels
• Process outbound mail and parcels
• Provide concierge services and maintain work area cleanliness

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in the Print and/or Mail industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Suites
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Clean driving record and valid Driver's License
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team player with willingness to adapt to new approaches

Equipment / Program Skills:

• Manual / Digital Paper Cutter
• Book binding machine
• Shrink Wrapper
• GBC, Coil and Fastback binding
• Laminating

Training & Development:

• Hands-on training on Xerox equipment
• Job shadowing for independent work readiness
