Pay: $ $85.00 Per Routine Visit

With a Pay Range of $ $85.00 Per Visit, you could make:

  • Full-Time visits per week) = $94,640 to $154,700 annually
  • Part Time visits per week) = $36,400 to $88,400 annually

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Speech Language Pathologist with experience in their role to join our team in Fort Collins. In this role, you will assess clients' needs and develop treatment plans to improve their communication and swallowing abilities. You will provide therapy and document progress to ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations to assess clients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to improve clients' communication and swallowing abilities
  • Provide therapy to enhance clients' ability to perform daily activities
  • Educate clients and families on exercises and strategies to support communication and swallowing
  • Document clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado
  • Experience in home health or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work with diverse client needs
