Position Title: Production Hourly

Department: Production

Location: Greeley, CO Value Added Plant

Purpose & Scope:

A Product Handler may be assigned to various departments to carry out tasks such as tray supply, tray transfer, infeed, QC, and other assigned duties. Operators are expected to have knowledge and perform tasks related to grade, enhancement, food safety, and more.

Join our Production Team:

  • Understand grade, enhancement, and ascorbic acid requirements
  • Comprehend Food Safety, GMP, SSOP requirements
  • Learn pace flow and product handling techniques
  • Master product handling techniques into appropriate machines
  • Maintain labor standards and pace
  • Involve in tasks like walking, standing, using hands, feeling objects, reaching, lifting weight, and more
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the US
  • Must be 18 years old or above
  • Full-time availability, including weekends and overtime

Working Conditions:

  • Exposure to a cold environment
  • Work in a manufacturing setting
  • Extended periods of standing or walking
  • Involvement in repetitive motions
  • Navigate through uneven and slippery surfaces
