Responsibilities:
- Treat infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
- Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
- Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
- Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
- Attention to Detail

- Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Good Organization and Effective Communication
- Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
- Home Health Experience (preferred)
