Fan Ambassador Position at Orlando City and Orlando Pride Soccer Clubs

What Makes You Unique:

The Fan Ambassador role is an integral part of the lively game day operations team in the Guest Experience Department of Orlando City and Orlando Pride Soccer Clubs.

Reporting to the Director of Guest Experience, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring each guest has a memorable and positive experience at Exploria Stadium during Orlando City SC or Orlando Pride game or event.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive attitude and anticipate guest needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service following the Clubs' service philosophy.
  • Offer accurate directions and information about the stadium and its surroundings.
  • Engage with fans proactively throughout the venue.
  • Address and report fan concerns promptly.
  • Ensure you are well-informed about policies, services, and facilities.
  • Act as an information resource for all home games and events.
  • Communicate key messages effectively to guests.
  • Display a professional and approachable demeanor at all times.
  • Be punctual and professional in your attendance and work.
  • Utilize provided tools to report issues and improve the guest experience.
  • Monitor different areas of the stadium during the game.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

To join our dynamic team, you should meet these qualifications:

  • Preferably have experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
  • Handle stressful situations with grace and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Be available for training sessions and all home games, including nights and weekends.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting items up to 30 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation for all scheduled home games.
  • Knowledge of soccer is a plus.
  • Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
