WHO YOU ARE

Rapha Wound Care PLLC is looking for a dynamic Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner with a keen interest in exploring new wound care techniques and delivering exceptional results. Whether you are an experienced professional or a recent graduate, your enthusiasm for patient care and cutting-edge medical technology is what sets you apart. Your role will involve shaping initiatives, offering valuable feedback, and making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily travel to patients' residences (varied regions)
  • Conducting thorough assessments and creating personalized treatment plans
  • Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic wounds
  • Ordering tests, prescribing medications, and implementing treatments
  • Providing patient education and family counseling
  • Collaborating with healthcare teams for coordinated care
  • Maintaining accurate medical records

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master's Degree and Board Certification
  • Valid NC Medical License and reliable transportation
  • Passion for learning and embracing innovative treatments
  • Proficiency in medical standards, especially wound care
  • Compassionate communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of assisted living/nursing facility protocols and EMR systems
  • Understanding of infection control measures

PREFERENCES

  • Experience with AdvancedMD EHR
  • Knowledge of medical coding and wound care certifications
  • Familiarity with advanced wound care products
