  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications across various platforms including web, mobile, and cloud technologies.
  • Define and implement technical standards, methodologies, and tools for the Enterprise Applications team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, enterprise architects, and project managers to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to developers, ensuring application quality and performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to enhance the Enterprise Applications portfolio.
  • Manage technical risks, issues, and project dependencies effectively.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team.
  • Ensure compliance with security, quality, and performance requirements through code reviews and testing.
  • Work closely with various IT teams to maintain the highest level of service availability following ITIL best practices.

Experience and Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in software development, with significant experience in technical architecture and leadership roles.
  • Expertise in developing enterprise applications using technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, SOA, microservices, RESTful APIs, MVC, etc.
  • Proficiency in CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and other software development tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with platforms like SharePoint, M365, and ServiceNow is desired.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile work environment.
