Job Description

As a Bremer Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a critical role in supporting our customers with a wide variety of inquiries. On a typical day, CSRs often support between 60-80 customers and are empowered to demonstrate care and commitment during each interaction.

In this role, representatives are given extensive training on our systems, processes, and procedures. We will challenge you to problem solve, think creatively, and work collaboratively on behalf of our customers. Here, you can make a real, tangible impact throughout our footprint by providing our customers with excellent service and helping them navigate their banking needs.

Throughout your time with Bremer, you will experience both a variety of learning opportunities through your daily core job responsibilities and opportunities to further invest in your growth.

QUALIFICATIONS: Combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma or GED and 3 years relevant experience. Ability to demonstrate and consistently model Bremer values, Bremer Leadership Competencies and foster an inclusive work environment.
