Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team immediately to finish out the current school year. As an RBT, you will work closely with special education students to implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students while gaining valuable experience in the field of applied behavior analysis.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Collect and record data on student progress.
  • Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other team members to ensure consistency in implementation.
  • Provide feedback and support to students to promote positive behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Experience working with individuals with special needs preferred.
  • Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Must pass a background check and meet all state requirements for employment.
