Position: Hydraulics Design Engineer

Welcome to the team In this role, you'll be the brain behind developing top-notch hydraulic systems with superior quality, reliability, durability, and performance for our equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep an eye on new technologies and trends in mobile hydraulics
  • Lead research projects to test new technologies on our equipment
  • Provide expertise to influence product design
  • Work closely with various teams to identify product requirements
  • Break down product requirements for the hydraulic system
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop solutions
  • Recommend solutions to engineering leadership
  • Perform system design calculations and specify components
  • Create analysis and validation plans
  • Lead verification testing
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and component issues

Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Strong engineering analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lead technical projects
  • Experience with hydraulic systems and off-road equipment is a plus
  • Occasional travel required (up to 10%)
