We are seeking a Licensed Professional Surveyor to join our Team in the Ohio Area. Office location is flexible , but preference will be given to candidates that live in the Toledo or Columbus areas.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in land surveying projects, ensuring accuracy and reliability in the collection and analysis of spatial data. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch surveying solutions. The ideal candidate will:

Conduct Field Surveys: Execute field surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners. Boundary Determination: Analyze legal documents, deeds, and maps to establish and verify property boundaries. Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze spatial data to produce accurate survey maps, plats, and reports. Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of survey data. Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in all surveying activities. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, architects, and GIS specialists, to integrate survey data into broader project plans. Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and calibration of surveying equipment to guarantee accurate measurements. Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, field notes, and reports related to surveying activities. Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements,

Education, Experience, and General Skills:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead, and grow, teams. 5+ Years survey experience Must have your PS or ability obtain your PS within a reasonable time Must have a positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently when managing multiple tasks. Ability to work independently or with a team in a multi-disciplinary environment. Position will require the candidate to adhere to work assignments/schedules, be self-motivated, organized, and have a keen sense of detail.
