A PruittHealth Recruiter plays a vital role in our innovative recruitment organization, leveraging technology and partnerships to attract top talent to join PruittHealth. Your responsibilities include handling the recruitment process from start to finish, collaborating with hiring managers to determine hiring needs, and utilizing various methods to attract high-quality candidates.

  • Recruit for North Carolina and South Carolina Hospice Services
  • Establish minimum qualification standards and job-offer parameters
  • Utilize an applicant tracking system for candidate review and assessment
  • Build relationships and create a pipeline of talent through creative methods

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under deadlines
  • Effective problem-solving with professionalism and integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous high-volume recruiting experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare recruiting experience
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
