Your Role

  • Work as a Loss Prevention Investigator to prevent theft and fraud
  • Ensure the safety of customers, employees, and the store
  • Respond to emergency situations and conduct investigations
  • Support store operations programs and maximize sales

What You'll Do

  • Maintain general safety and assess emergency situations
  • Conduct monitoring and surveillance activities
  • Document and investigate all loss prevention incidents
  • Prepare reports on theft incidents and merchandise recoveries
  • Reduce inventory loss through audits and training

What You Bring

  • Experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection
  • Customer-focused mindset and conflict management skills
  • Proficiency in computer software and communication
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work flexible schedules
