Key Responsibilities:
  • Active participation in system operations - addressing system issues, generating reports, managing access, and configuring system settings.
  • Collaborating with various business units including HR, finance, and IT to grasp their requirements and challenges.
  • Engaging with developers to devise and implement solutions aligned with business needs and Workday's best practices.
  • Conducting thorough testing to validate changes and new features, ensuring they align with user requests and maintain system integrity.
  • Documenting standard operating procedures and guiding system administrators and users on Workday tool utilization.
  • Providing support to business users, troubleshooting Workday-related queries and issues.
  • Overseeing key system events such as Benefits Open Enrollment and managing bi-annual Workday updates.
Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Workday or similar cloud-based systems.
  • Proficiency in Workday modules including core HR, absence, payroll, benefits, advanced compensation, talent, and security.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Workday certification is advantageous.

Pay Range:

$ 122,000.00 USD - $ 140,000.00 USD
