Bluehawk is actively seeking a Senior Recruiter / Manger.

We are enhancing Bluehawk's recruitment strategy with the introduction of a seasoned leader in talent acquisition to ensure that our hiring process is not only structured and systematic, but also fundamentally aligned with our strategic goals.

This initiative is essential for fostering a robust recruitment foundation, which is vital as Bluehawk grows.

Responsibilities:

Acquisition Team Leadership/management:
Leading and managing the Acquisition Team, overseeing all aspects of the recruiting process from planning to implementation.

Initial Hiring Projects:
Begin recruiting for urgent hiring needs (both prime and sub positions), applying structured strategies and processes.

Assessment and Planning:
Begin by conducting a thorough assessment of the current recruitment processes. This involves understanding Bluehawks various Prime/Subcontracts, PWS/Statement of familiarity for all programs, their specific needs, and contract onboarding.

Setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Establish clear KPIs for the recruitment function, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience.


Developing a Recruitment Strategy:
Based on the assessment, develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy. This should include identifying the vacancies that need to be filled, the timelines, and the channels for sourcing candidates.

Policy and Procedure Development:
Develop or refine recruitment policies and procedures, ensuring they are compliant with legal standards and best practices. This includes defining the interview process, selection criteria, and onboarding procedures.

Implementing iCIMS Applicant Tracking System:
Optimize iCIMS to fit Bluehawk requirements. Streamline the recruitment process, manage candidates, and maintain a database for future hiring needs. Level of effort metrics.

Building a Talent Pipeline:
Start creating a pipeline of potential candidates for various LCATs. This includes networking, outreach, and possibly working with external agencies or headhunters for specialized roles.

Employer Branding:
Work on establishing and promoting Bluehawk's employer brand. This involves collaborating with CEO and COO to showcase Bluehawks culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent.

Feedback Loop Establishment:

Set up a system for gathering feedback from new hires, PM/Site Lead, and the HR team to continually improve the recruitment process.

The focus should be on creating a strong foundation for the recruitment function ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.


Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate effectively over the phone and in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience
Must be able to understand written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents
Must be able to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work
Must be able to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
Must be experienced with iCIMS, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and Excel
5+ years of recruiting experience required (familiarity with the Intelligence field preferred)
Bachelor's degree preferred
