The Role:

Under the visionary guidance of the Plant Manager, you will champion our manufacturing operations. Manage a squad of functional group managers and spearhead all production operations at our state-of-the-art facilities. Think of yourself as both the strategist and the liaison, filling in as a Group Manager when needed, and always driving us toward our big-picture goals.

Your Mission:

  • Optimize daily production with your sharp troubleshooting skills, keeping our high-tech equipment at peak performance.
  • Revamp robot programs to adapt to new challenges and optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Lead pivotal capital projects with your robust project management prowessfrom conception through to execution.
  • Elevate our teams expertise, mentoring associates in the fine art of robotics, ensuring they become wizards in setups and troubleshooting.
  • Step into any role needed to push forward initiatives, guided by senior plant management.

Credentials:

  • At least five years of experience making magic in Power Controls, Automation, or Robotics Engineering.
  • A degree in Electrical, Mechanical, System Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Proven track record with robotssetting them up, making them talk to each other, and ensuring they play nice with human interfaces.
