Industrial Painter

Trinity Employment Specialists-Tulsa, OK 74135

Full-Time | Monday-Friday (8-10 hour shift) | $18-$20/hour ($22/hour upon full-time hire)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, scraping, or grinding to ensure a smooth and defect-free base before applying paint
  • Mix paints to achieve the desired colors and consistency
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the necessary painting techniques, colors, and finishing standards
  • Operate and maintain various painting equipment such as spray guns, compressors, and airless sprayers to ensure they are in optimal working condition

Requirements:

  • Preference for experience in painting small parts
  • Experience with Cerakote considered a bonus
  • Minimum of one year of industrial painting experience
