Salary: $191,900

US citizenship is required for this role, along with the ability and willingness to obtain/maintain a Top Secret security clearance. Successful candidates must sign a non-disclosure agreement upon hiring. This opportunity is specifically for a GG-15 equivalent, Work Level Intelligence Analyst, specializing in Scientific and Technology Intelligence (S&TI).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and ensure the successful execution of Group programs to achieve mission objectives.
  • Manage key planning and programming activities to produce military and technical intelligence.
  • Provide expert guidance on Networked Weapons and Modeling Group analysis to internal and external partners.
  • Represent the Group in decision-making processes and intelligence operations.
  • Supervise and manage Group personnel and resources effectively.
  • Oversee administrative processes and ensure accountability for budget and staffing.

Qualifications

  • Must have a solid background in intelligence analysis and foreign aerospace threat assessment.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering, aeronautical engineering, and contract administration is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated technical competence, leadership, and ability to make decisions in uncertain situations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and evaluate intelligence materials effectively.
  • Experience in multi-source intelligence integration is essential.

  • New DCIPS employees must complete a two-year trial period.
  • Top Secret security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) is mandatory.
  • Defense All-Source Analysis Certification (CDASA) is required within 24 months.
  • Counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination and mobility agreement are necessary.
  • Position may involve shift work, travel, and periodic drug testing.
  • Incumbent must maintain current certifications and comply with all DoD regulations.
  • Adherence to safety protocols and other employment conditions are mandatory.
