Key job responsibilities
Collaborate and work closely with other designers, research, product management, and engineering from design concept to design solution.

Simplify complex ideas and create intuitive experiences, using research and data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.

About the team

This role is one of the first on a newly formed team in with a vision to create innovative automotive discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon, providing customers better convenience and more selection.

We're collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to define the future of how customers research and shop for cars online.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Arlington, VA, USA | New York, NY, USA

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of design experience
  • Have an available online portfolio
  • Experience with a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Visio, Axure, and Dreamweaver
  • Experience in prototyping
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in a highly agile environment
  • Experience working in a collaborative multidisciplinary team and working directly with developers for implementation of designs
