JOB SUMMARY: The Warehouse Person is responsible for storing materials from receiving in the warehouse.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNTIONS:
- Issues supplies upon receipt of approved requisition.
- Delivers materials as required.
- Aids in taking inventory of all materials.
- Prepares and maintains reports and records as required.
- Operates company vehicles as assigned.
- Keeps storeroom clean and orderly at all times.
- Acts as a role model to other employees, always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same.
- Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies.
- Must be at least 21 years old or older
- Highschool diploma or GED is preferred.
- Must have good mathematical and clerical aptitude.
- Commercial driver's license and safe driving record is required.
- Six months previous warehouse experience is desired.
- Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the casino and the warehouse.
- Must be able to continually lift, carry, push and pull heavy materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to reach below and above shoulders while performing duties.
- Must possess the ability to operate a pallet jack, forklift, weigh scale, pull carts and dollies filled with items weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Must be able to perform duties accurately in a noisy, busy environment.
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations.
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
