OR Materials Management (ORMM) Supply Coordinator

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an OR Materials Management (ORMM) Supply Coordinator. As part of our organization, adherence to our core values - integrity, patient-centered, respect, accountability, and compassion - is essential in all daily activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs daily inventory duties such as ordering and receiving supplies, ensuring product availability, and proper storage.
  • Reviews and recommends PAR changes to maintain accurate supply levels.
  • Maintains detailed inventory records and levels for all products managed within QSight.
  • Coordinates procurement and loaning of supplies for scheduled surgeries.
  • Ensures compliance with the hospital's Environment of Care requirements and ORMM Vendor Policy.
  • Assists with the Bone & Tissue regulatory requirements.
  • Participates in professional growth and development opportunities.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve invoicing issues and manage vendor relations.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION: High School diploma, college preferred.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years working with Operating Room Medical/Surgical Supplies. Experience with purchasing, accounts payable, and patient billing preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, EPIC, QSIGHT, and Lawson applications. Ability to operate a computer for data entry and report generation.

PHYSICAL DEMAND: Must be able to lift boxes up to 50lbs and push supply trucks up to 500 lbs.

Additional Information:

Minimum experience is required. Must be flexible to travel between sites if needed.
