Personal Trainer

Job Description:

Snap Fitness is looking for a dynamic Personal Trainer to be part of our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for fitness, the ability to motivate others, and a cheerful attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct service appointments with members, including body fat analysis, nutritional advice, guidance on fitness equipment usage, and correct exercise form.
• Offer recommendations to members on how to reach their fitness objectives.
• Create customized workout plans tailored to our members' personal fitness targets.
• Consistently supervise and support members to ensure they maintain proper exercise form.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the facility.
• Meet the monthly revenue target set by the management team.
• Collaborate with the sales/management team to assist new members in reaching their fitness goals through personal training.
• Perform any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Personal Trainer certification from a nationally recognized organization (NESTA, ACE, ACSM, Cooper Fitness, NASM, NATA, NSCA, NPTI, ISSA).
• Must be First Aid & CPR Certified.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Able to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Driven for long-term success.
• Prior experience in training and sales is advantageous.
• Must possess a fun and sociable personality with a good sense of humor.
