**Qualifications:**

- Over 8 years of electromechanical R&D engineering experience, with a minimum of 5 years in the medical device field - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Robotics/ Mechatronics/Advanced Manufacturing Engineering or a related field - Strong understanding of DFM, DFA, and DFT - Project management experience - Proficiency in firmware and software for electromechanical systems - Familiarity with PCBAs - Previous involvement in design transfer/new product introduction - Expertise in design verification of complex medical devices - Knowledge of medical device design control - Experience in transitioning designs to manufacturing - Selection of off-the-shelf components for regulated industries - Ability to use statistical tools like Minitab and MATLAB - Independent project execution capabilities - Excellent documentation and communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office and Solidworks

Senior Design Readiness Engineer Responsibilities:
