Are you in search of a hands-on position where you can actively contribute to the production process while upholding quality standards? Your quest ends here We are currently in need of a skilled individual to fill the role of a Heat Treat Furnace Operator.



Location: Eden Prairie, MN

Compensation: $19 - $20 per hour

Working Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities of the Heat Treat Furnace Operator:
  • Operate and supervise heat treat furnaces
  • Prepare materials for processing
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Monitor and operate furnace equipment for optimal performance
  • Adjust temperature controls and gauge readings
  • Load materials into the furnace for processing
  • Execute regular maintenance on furnace equipment
  • Strictly follow safety protocols and procedures
Requirements for the Heat Treat Furnace Operator:
  • At least six months of experience in heat treating
  • Completion of pre-employment background check and drug screening
