"Psychiatrist Needed ASAP**

Position Details:
  • As a Psychiatrist with us, you'll play a pivotal role as the leader of our treatment team, offering direct clinical care to patients in both Lumberton and Morehead City, North Carolina.
  • With 20 hours per week in each location ( 1 person).
  • Or you can choose to work part time 20 hours a week at one location (2 people).
  • You'll engage closely with our clinical members to ensure optimal care across the behavioral health continuum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct Clinical Care: Conduct thorough examinations, diagnose mental illness, and prescribe tailored treatment plans, collaborating closely with patients' support networks.
  • Utilization Review: Assume leadership in treatment planning, conduct case reviews, and ensure adherence to quality assessment standards.
  • Supervision: Provide guidance to fellow clinical professionals, ensuring excellence in patient care and treatment outcomes.
  • Integrated Care: Facilitate seamless coordination between mental health and primary healthcare providers, advocating for the holistic well-being of patients.
Requirements:
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) with state licensure as a Board-Certified Psychiatrist.
  • 2-3 years of clinical experience, with strong documentation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication abilities, with supervisory experience preferred.

Compensation:
