Job Summary:

To motivate and equip every student with the confidence, bravery, and skills to pursue their ambitions; contribute to the community; and engage in continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, supervise, and execute the media program
  • Implement an outcome-driven information literacy curriculum
  • Collaborate with teachers on instructional strategies
  • Provide leadership in integrating instructional technologies
  • Evaluate and utilize instructional resources
  • Facilitate in-person and online learning

Willingness to engage in leadership activities within the district, school, and department.


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • MN teaching license as a Library Media Specialist, OR a valid MN teaching license in another field with willingness to obtain an Out of Field Permission
  • If not currently licensed, must be eligible to apply for and receive a Tier 1 or 2.
