We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-experienced Permanent Trial Paralegal to join our fast-paced legal team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, from inception to discovery and trial.

If you are a detail-oriented professional with a knack for legal research and drafting pleadings, we would love to hear from you.

Assisting attorneys in trial preparation and attending trial by preparing and organizing exhibits, organizing and coordinating witnesses, conducting legal research, and managing all trial files.

Drafting pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and filing them with the court.
Managing case documents and coordinating document productions.
Conducting complex factual and legal research and analysis, and communicating findings to attorneys to assist with case strategy.
To qualify for the role of the Permanent Trial Paralegal, an individual must possess the following:
A Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field. Extensive experience in drafting pleadings, conducting legal research, and preparing for depositions and trials.
Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
