Distribution Specialist

We know the job market is competitive, and for that reason, we are offering an increase in our 3rd shift, shift differential of $5 per hour. Minimum base rate is $20.00/hr. plus your shift differential is $25.00/hr. when working 3rd shift hours
We also offer an incentive program which, when combined with the base rate and shift differential, will allow you to earn between $28.00*-$30.00*/hr. depending on your performance, accuracy & attendance.

We are currently looking for several full-time 3rd Shift Distribution Specialists, available 8:00pm-5:00am - Sunday night through Friday morning, to join our team of experienced professionals in Sellersville, PA. If the description below sounds like you, then apply today

Responsibilities:

• Move goods to and from storage areas, loading docks, or delivery trucks by hand or using other equipment.
• Pick, sort products, build pallets of products, and check orders before loading.
• Utilize best practices to pick, build pallets, load, and unload trucks to minimize damages and product loss.
• Work closely with other team members to accurately pick and meet company deadlines.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with supervisor and other co-workers.
• Arrive to work on time and prepared to work, complete with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to learn and grow.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be able to work 3rd Shift hours - Sunday nights through Friday mornings - 8:00pm-5:00am next day (overtime available/not guaranteed)
• Attention to the task at hand, verify items picked are correct in size and quantity/number
• Basic math skills, written and verbal communication skills
• Must have Stand-Up/High-Reach Forklift experience and pallet jack experience
• Willingness to work until work is completed if overtime is necessary
• Experience working in a warehouse setting requiring employee to always be aware of surroundings
• Occasionally, must be able to lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to work in cold warehouse temperatures, including the freezer
• Must wear steel-toe shoes/boots and cold weather appropriate clothing (hat, jacket, gloves)
• Will be required to lift, sit, stand, walk, twist, turn, stretch, push, pull, bend, reach

Preferred Skills:

• Working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of SAP software/familiar with RF gun
• Experience in receiving goods using RF gun
• DOT Medical Card
