Home Care/Home Health Manager Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, scheduling, customer relations, hiring, and overseeing our team of caregivers. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent time management and organizational skills.

Home Care/Home Health Manager Job Responsibilities:

Develop and implement training programs for new and current caregivers to ensure high standards of care and compliance with all relevant regulations and best practices.

Create and manage schedules for caregivers, ensuring adequate coverage to meet the needs of our residents and clients at Riverview and in the Spokane community.

Act as the primary point of contact for residents, clients, and their families, addressing any concerns and ensuring a high level of satisfaction with our services.

Supervise and support caregivers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain a motivated and skilled team.

Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, implementing improvements as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents and clients.

Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and handle other administrative duties as required.

QualificationsHome Care/Home Health Manager Job Requirements:
Integrity, credibility, and commitment to Riverview's mission, vision, and values.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in home care or home health management.
LPN preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful team leadership.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
