**Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement Medical Affairs Plans and support cross-functional disease strategy development for key products
- Ensure alignment between Development and Commercial teams, and lead the communication and training strategies
- Execute study protocols for medical studies and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the development of Integrated Evidence Plans and oversee scientific publications
- Plan and deliver scientific and educational programs, establish relationships with key thought leaders, and contribute to medical/scientific communications

**Qualifications & Experience**

- M.D. preferred with significant executive management experience in clinical development and medical affairs
- Expertise in Immunology
- Experience in Research and Drug Development communication
- Strong Medical Strategy Experience
- Track record of leadership and building high-performance teams
- Travel expected: 30%
