In this role no 2 days will ever be the same, you will be partnering with our internal teams and borrowers to help mitigate any title risk.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Daily job duties include title review of construction projects, mitigating potential risk for the organization, managing pipeline.
- Review and manage pipeline daily to ensure all titles are ordered in a timely manner.
- Establish and manage a national title relationship to support the growth initiatives of Builders Capital.
- Performing title curative activities such as obtaining lien releases, reviewing divorce decrees, reviewing trusts, and corporate documents as it relates to loan origination or loan servicing.
- Work closely with Corporate Counsel, Title Curative Specialist, Closing Team, and Loan Officers by providing updates on current title reviews and provide solution-oriented answers.
- Order and follow up on all necessary curative documents.
- Work across departments to help resolve any issues.
- Perform other related duties and special projects, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working experience in lending, banking, or real estate.
- Title experience is preferred.
- Provide best-in-class service to borrowers from application through loan servicing. This includes timely and accurate processing of mortgage loans from application through loan closing and managing a portfolio of servicing customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's in Excel are a plus.

Hourly range for this position is $ $35.00 per hour commensurate with experience and education.
