Valet Attendant Lead

Welcome to Oaklawn Team Join our family with strong core values and be part of Arkansas' Employer of Choice. We are looking for a Valet Attendant Lead to park and deliver guests' vehicles to and from the casino or hotel entrance.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the main contact person for all Valet Attendants.
  • Ensure team compliance with procedures and policies.
  • Recommend schedule adjustments based on business levels.
  • Deliver high-quality service standards on shift.
  • Support superior customer service.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
  • Provide impeccable guest service.
  • Assist guests with luggage and vehicle entry/exit.
  • Drive vehicles safely and courteously.
  • Check vehicle conditions before driving.
  • Communicate via radio and report any suspicious activity.
  • Perform customer errands and promote hotel services.
  • Follow established Oaklawn procedures and policies.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior experience in transportation preferred.
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  • Work outdoors in varying temperatures and conditions.
  • Effective communication and conflict resolution skills.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage work procedures and workflow.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

  • Qualify for required licenses and permits.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history.
