About the Job:
  • CareLinx by Sharecare is seeking Caregivers to deliver high-quality care in Michigan state areas such as Chelsea, Dexter, Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, and Livonia.

Required Skills/Qualities:
  • Care and empathy for others.
  • Reliability and professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency with managing different client schedules.
  • Comfortable with technology.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months to a year of companionship/personal care experience.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar license advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
  • Completion of COVID vaccination.
  • Training and vetting as per program requirements.
  • Compliance with medical standards and possible additional documentation as per state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and assist with daily activities like cooking, errands, and grooming.
  • Document care activities accurately.
  • Submit timesheets promptly through the CareLinx app.
  • Communicate effectively with care advisors.
  • Maintain confidentiality of member information.

Salary:

$15-17 per hour based on shifts with incentives available.
