Allegheny Health Network (AHN) - Recruiting Heart Failure Cardiologist

The Cardiovascular Institute at AHN is looking for a full-time heart failure cardiologist to join the team at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. You'll work alongside a group of skilled physicians specializing in various cardiology services, cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, and cardiac critical care.

Job Duties:

  • In-patient, outpatient clinic, and cardiac catheterization lab responsibilities
  • Handling on-call duties, rounds on primary service, consults, as well as ICU duties
  • Mentoring trainees in various fellowship programs

Job Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree with completion of an ACGME-accredited cardiovascular fellowship
  • Board certification in Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology
  • Proficiency in heart failure and pulmonary hypertension management
  • Experience with mechanical circulatory support and cardiac transplantation
  • Pennsylvania License required
