Overview:

PLEASE NOTE:

_This position is remote, however, a primary residence in California is required prior to starting at CHLA. All applicants that reside outside of California must be willing to relocate._

Purpose Statement/Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager, under the direction of the VP, Chief Marketing and Communication Officer, and the Director, Digital Marketing, the Digital Marketing team will innovate and improve digital channels and products and deliver them to patients, families, consumers and clinicians and other end-users through multiple digital channels.


The Digital Marketing Manager will lead a team that develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives that support business objectives, advances the digital consumer experience, and differentiates the brand.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work closely with leadership across the health system to understand overall business goals and strategy, analyze strategic needs, and identify opportunities.

This role will be a proven innovator in digital marketing with experience leading high performing teams while maintaining humility. They will possess strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and expert knowledge of digital marketing best practices.


This position supports the Digital Marketing team and maintains collaborative relationships with the marketing team across the various workstreams of Strategic Marketing and Communications.

The employee will be expected to support all organizational expectations including, but not limited to, customer service, patient's rights, confidentiality of information, environment of care and CHLA initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience:

Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across various channels.
  • Expert working knowledge of GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Experience with Drupal, WordPress, or other enterprise CRM.

Preferred:

  • Health care experience
  • Experience managing people

Education/Licensure/Certification:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in digital design, business, marketing, engineering, computer science, or related field.

Preferred:

  • Master of Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Public Health or Product Development
