Your Role as an RN Supervisor:

As an RN Supervisor in Long-Term Care, you will:

Lead and inspire

a team of compassionate caregivers dedicated to providing exceptional care to seniors.

Oversee the daily operations

of the Chiniak Bay Elder House, ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered.

Develop and implement

innovative strategies to enhance resident well-being and quality of life.

Mentor and support

your team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Collaborate with

other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans.

Manage resources effectively,

ensuring the facility operates efficiently and within budget.


Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Advanced Nursing Degree

Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire

BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

3 years of Clinic and/or community nursing experience, including 1 year of geriatric nursing

Nursing leadership experience

Preferred

Qualifications:
Supervisory experience

Experience managing a budget
