Job Description:

Join us as a Treatment Coordinator to play a key role in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey. Your tasks will involve effectively communicating treatment plans, addressing concerns, and ensuring patients are well-informed throughout their experience.

  • Consult with patients to understand oral health history, concerns, and goals.
  • Explain treatment plans, address concerns, and assist with scheduling and payment arrangements.
  • Conduct financial consultations for new and existing patients.
  • Manage patient payment options and educate on Ortho benefit plans.
  • Track accounts receivable and support collections procedures.
  • Participate in marketing events and maintain a sanitized office area.
  • Plus various other assigned tasks.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 3 years of customer service experience.
  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • 1 year of Treatment Coordinating experience.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Working Hours/Location:
  • Monday-Wednesday: 8:45am - 5:00pm.
  • Thursday: 7:45am - 4:00pm.
  • Friday: 6:45am - 3:00pm.
  • Two Saturdays per month.
  • Full-time position with travel requirements.
  • Spanish language fluency required.
