PAP Specialist Position Available

As a PAP Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the necessary equipment and support for managing sleep disorders. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry, inventory management, communication with referral sources, and assisting patients with technology-related needs. You will also be responsible for overseeing patient compliance with Positive Airway Pressure devices and ensuring adherence to healthcare guidelines.

• Develop a deep understanding of HME products and services offered by the company
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and provide mentorship
• Engage in ongoing training and development activities
• Establish effective communication channels with healthcare providers and internal teams
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Minimum Qualifications for the Role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in healthcare administration or related fields
• Prior experience in a Medicare certified healthcare environment is highly desirable
