The Office Manager will oversee office functions for the branch, managing and supervising departments as needed. This role also serves as the branch's point of contact for HR and IT matters, collaborating with Regional staff to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise staff in various departments (A/P, A/R, Accounting, and general office)
  • Negotiate office contracts with external vendors
  • Prepare and manage month-end reports
  • Assist the branch with Corporate Record Retention Program
  • Manage branch HR tasks including payroll reporting and HR paperwork coordination
  • Conduct new employee orientations and address inquiries about compensation and benefits
  • Address initial IT issues, troubleshoot problems, and maintain equipment
  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees (IT access, office equipment, etc.)

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Prior experience in accounting and/or customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • AS experience is highly desirable
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • Previous management experience is advantageous
  • Ability to multitask with high energy levels
  • Maintain strict confidentiality
