As a Café Attendant, you will provide guests with quality food and beverage products while following proper procedures and policies. Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and a great work environment for our fellow hosts. Take and deliver accurate food/drink orders using company point of sale. Ensure that the café area remains clean and up to company standards and health codes.

Requirements

• Welcomes customers promptly with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Asks and answers questions to educate our guests on menu items and products available.
• Prepares and sells hot and cold beverages by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques.
• Prepares and sells a variety of food items by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques using proper equipment when necessary.
• Stocks and presents food and beverage items according to company standards.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary environment in compliance with all local and federal health codes.
• Uses Point of Sale to handle cash and credit card transactions efficiently and accurately as directed.
• Participate in upsell strategies as directed by management.
• Practices service standards and current training throughout service.
