Qualifications

General Duties and Responsibilities Clinical
  • Complete all LPN required record-keeping forms and charts
  • Administer medications as ordered by the physician
  • Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents
  • Provide various professional services as per facility's protocols
Supervision
  • Collaborate with consultants and implement changes as directed
  • Investigate and report complaints and grievances
  • Ensure proper administration of prescribed treatments
Consumer Service
  • Maintain a professional image through attire, behavior, and communication
  • Address consumer concerns following company standards
  • Protect consumer and resident rights
