Base Rate:
$40.11- $56.16 (Med Surg, Telemetry, Behavioral Health)

12 hr. shifts- overtime is paid after 8 hours, resulting in an average rate of $ $65.52

Retention Bonus:
$10,000 /Full Time Only

Job Summary:
The role of a Registered Nurse (RN) involves coordinating patient-centered care with the goal of achieving positive outcomes. The RN also participates in educating patients and their families and demonstrates leadership by collaborating with various team members to uphold professional nursing standards in the clinical environment. Additionally, the RN must possess the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver high-quality care to all patients. Contribution to department operations and effective communication are key aspects of this role, aligning with the mission and values of Pipeline Health.

Essential functions:

  • Provision and coordination of patient care
  • Participation in patient and family education
  • Leadership in delegating tasks
  • Maintaining professional nursing standards
  • Collaboration with healthcare team members


Education/Experience:
Preferably two (2) years of relevant experience
In-depth knowledge of best practices in the specialty
Ability to adapt to changing schedules and patient needs
Strong critical thinking and interpersonal communication skills
Proficiency in reading/comprehending instructions and utilizing PC (computer) skills
Capacity for learning, critical thinking, and prioritizing patients

Licensure/Certifications:
Current RN license recognized by the state Board of Nursing
BLS certification from AHA
ACLS certification from AHA
